A non-refundable deposit of 20% is due at the time you confirm in order to hold
you're reservations at Golf Courses & Accommodations.
The schedule of Payments is as follows:
- 20% deposits at time of booking
- 80% balances 8 weeks prior to date of arrival
- 100% payment if within 8 weeks prior to date of arrival
Payments may be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or Bank Transfer.
In order to process credit card payments, a Company Credit Card form from SGT
(Sullivan Golf & Travel) must be completed.
Notification of cancellation of reservations
by a Client must be in writing to: Sullivan Golf & Travel, Monagea

The majority of golf courses
in Ireland require NON-REFUNDABLE deposits to secure confirmed
tee times. Many hotels also require non-refundable deposits.
Should you need to cancel your trip prior to traveling, any
deposits paid by Sullivan Golf & Travel on client’s
behalf which are non-refundable are the client’s responsibility
to pay. Typically depending upon when a trip is cancelled, hotels
will levy cancellation charges if room(s) cannot be re-sold.

Rental Cars: Our
car rentals include unlimited mileage, third party insurance,
and collision damage waiver insurance, which covers damage to
vehicle subject to a deductible. Additional driver charges are
to be paid directly at rental hire desk. The Minimum & Maximum Age for a Driver is 23 & 75
years respectively.
Changes: Sullivan Golf & Travel will not charge an administrative
fee for changes you make to an itinerary.
Responsibility: Sullivan
Golf & Travel (SGT) acts only as an agent with independent
suppliers in securing hotel accommodations, airline reservations,
car or coach rental, golf tee times, and other services provided
in the individual itinerary. SGT is not responsible for any
negligent acts and / or omissions by these independent contractors,
their employees, agents or representatives.
SGT will accept
no responsibility or liability in respect for either person
or property for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay
or irregularity during any packaged trip booked through SGT.
